Territory here is a network of maintained beacons, fuelled and linked. Hold the network and the region is yours; let it lapse and the map forgets you.
What it does
The gate for the entire beacon ladder, up to level 5. Each level opens the next beacon technology, from Beacon tech I at level 1 through Beacon tech V at level 5.
