Getting it right closes the loop on the whole phase system: every matter state can now be reached from every other, given enough power and nerve.
What it does
Converts plasma stacks back to gas at the same tier, completing the phase network. Requires Plasma neutralization reversal and Tier 5 processing research, a Research lab at level 8, a Plasma phase ionizer at level 2, and a Gas phase liquefier.
