Tier 4 processing

At tier 4 the ladder stops rewarding enthusiasm and starts rewarding logistics. The input pyramid is brutal, the yields unforgiving, and the payoff is end-game posture: denser protection, nastier fittings, and travel systems the mid-map cannot match.

If your rivals are printing tier 4 and you are still admiring tier 2 hulls, the fight is already scheduled. You just have not read the invitation.

What it does

Raises the refinement tier ceiling to tier 4, up to level 15. Gates Tier 5 processing, Gas liquefaction reversal, and the Gas phase liquefier. Sustaining this tier is late-game industrial power for superior combat and travel hardware.
