Phase transfer is the quiet magic trick of the X-Wars economy: the same material, the same tier, a completely different logistics problem.

Solid transfer came first because solids are the easiest thing in the universe to move, count, and argue about in a supply report.

What it does

Unlocks the Solid phase press, which converts liquid stacks to solid at the same tier - it never raises tier. Levels up to 5 support the press chain, and it gates Liquid phase transfer.
