Plasma phase transfer

Ionise a gas stack and hand it to the fleet.

The ionizer is where the economy meets the fleet. Gas goes in as inventory and comes out as something an engine will actually accept.

It is also the least forgiving converter on the surface. Feed it badly and it does not fail gracefully; it fails expensively.

What it does

Unlocks the Plasma phase ionizer, which converts gas stacks to plasma at the same tier. Maximum level 5, and it gates Plasma neutralization reversal.

Costs shown for the first level. Later levels scale up and can demand higher-tier materials.
