Maintenance crews are the least celebrated people in any fleet and the reason a squadron is still flying in month three.

What it does

Provides in-fleet maintenance work against hull decay for 40 slots. Unlocked by Tier 3 processing research, because keeping hardware alive in the field needs properly refined material.
